Tiffany Efny Tampubolon, S.H.
Tiffany is an experienced lawyer who has been practicing since 2015. She has a wealth of experience in managing complex employment and litigation proceedings, with an emphasis on achieving cost-effective out-of-court settlements for her clients. This approach demonstrates her deep understanding of legal intricacies and sensitivity to clients' financial concerns, offering strategies tailored to each business's unique needs.
Tiffany's expertise also spans immigration law where she regularly offers guidance and representation for businesses and individual clients dealing with critical issues like deportation, naturalization, dual citizenship, and permanent residence.
Tiffany began her career in the litigation department of Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo in Jakarta, where she handled antitrust litigation matters. She then gained extensive employment and litigation experience while working for the employment and litigation department of MacalloHarlin Mendrofa Advocates in Jakarta.
She graduated cum laude from the University of Indonesia and is currently an LLM candidate at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in France.
Tiffany speaks Indonesian, English, and French. She is also a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).
