Tiffany Efny Tampubolon, S.H., LL.M.
Partner/Founder
Tiffany is a highly experienced lawyer who has been practicing since 2015. With more than a decade of experience, she has developed a strong reputation for managing complex employment and litigation cases. Her focus on achieving cost-effective, out-of-court settlements highlights her deep understanding of legal complexities and sensitivity to clients' financial concerns, offering tailored legal strategies that address each client’s unique needs.
Tiffany is also a seasoned expert in immigration law, regularly providing guidance and representation to businesses and individuals on matters such as deportation, naturalization, dual citizenship, and permanent residency.
Tiffany began her career in the litigation department of Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo in Jakarta, where she handled antitrust litigation matters. She then gained extensive employment and litigation experience while working for the employment and litigation department of MacalloHarlin Mendrofa Advocates in Jakarta.
Tiffany graduated cum laude from the University of Indonesia with a law degree (S.H.). She also holds a Master 2 in International Economic Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, France, which is equivalent to an LL.M. Her international education and legal expertise allow her to provide legal advice in a global context.
Tiffany is fluent in Indonesian, English, and French, and she is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).

Chairunnisa Ratu Salma, S.H.
Associate Lawyer
Salma has been practicing as an Indonesian lawyer since 2020 before joining Tampubolon Legal Solutions as an Associate Lawyer.
She has developed substantial experience in civil and criminal litigation, employment disputes, land and property disputes, as well as general corporate advisory matters. Her background has equipped her with strong advocacy skills and a comprehensive understanding of dispute resolution processes before Indonesian courts and relevant authorities.
Salma represents both individual and corporate clients, providing practical, strategic, and commercially minded legal solutions tailored to each client’s legal and business objectives.
Salma obtained her Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from the University of Brawijaya. She is fluent in Indonesian and English and is a registered member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI).

Kevin David Ridwan Tampubolon
Legal Operations Officer
Kevin serves as Legal Operations Officer at Tampubolon Legal Solutions since 2023, supporting the firm’s day-to-day legal administration, case coordination, and operational management.
He plays a key role in handling ground operations, including coordinating document processing, liaising with relevant government institutions, and ensuring smooth execution of legal and administrative procedures for both individual and corporate clients.
Through his hands-on experience, he has developed strong practical knowledge of administrative and regulatory processes, contributing to the firm’s efficiency and client service delivery.
Kevin is fluent in both Indonesian and English.

Annisaa Nurhasanah (Keken)
Office Administrator
Keken serves as Office Administrator at Tampubolon Legal Solutions, supporting the firm’s daily back-office operations and administrative coordination.
She supports the partner and associates, as well as assists in managing office administration, client correspondence, scheduling, billing coordination, and document management, helping ensure that the firm’s operations run smoothly.
She also supports case administration and coordinates with clients, service providers, and relevant institutions as part of the firm’s legal processes.
Keken graduated from Akademi Sekretari dan Manajemen Ariyanti Bandung. She speaks Indonesian and English.

Laurène Astruc-Cohen holds a Master 2 degree in Business Law with a specialization in Consumer and Competition Law from the University of Montpellier.
Before being admitted to the Bar of Aix-en-Provence, she gained experience in various professional environments, including an international agri-food company, a legal tech, and a prominent French law firm. This diverse background has allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of both corporate legal strategies and litigation.
Laurène's practice focuses on three key areas: Labor law, Economic Law, and Personal Injury Law. She provides legal advice and representation to businesses and individuals, offering strategic and pragmatic solutions tailored to their specific needs.
